How long do I have access to a course?
Unless noted otherwise, your access does not expire. You can return to lessons and resources anytime.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. After completing all assignments and passing the final review, you receive a shareable certificate with a unique verification link.
What software do I need?
Most courses use Figma. Some courses use Adobe Illustrator or After Effects. We note required tools on each course page.
Are there prerequisites?
Beginner courses start from fundamentals. Intermediate and Advanced courses list prerequisites in their descriptions. If in doubt, start with “Typography Essentials” or “Design Ops”.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day refund period for courses with less than 20% completion. Contact support and include your order details.
Can teams enroll?
Yes. We provide team seats, shared progress tracking, and private Q&A sessions. Contact us to set up a team plan.
Is the platform accessible?
We design with accessibility in mind: keyboard navigation, sufficient contrast, transcripts, and motion-reduced alternatives when feasible.
How are assignments reviewed?
We use structured rubrics and provide comments on hierarchy, rhythm, spacing, and rationale. You can resubmit after addressing feedback.
