1. Agreement

4. Course Access and License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the courses you purchase for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, publicly distribute, or create derivative courses from our content without written permission.

5. Payments and Refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Taxes may apply. Unless specified otherwise, we offer a 14-day refund window for courses with less than 20% completion. Abuse of the refund policy may result in account limitations.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service.
Do not infringe intellectual property or violate applicable laws.
Do not disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Creavista Atelier or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated in these Terms.

We may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from taking our courses. Your use is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creavista Atelier and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creavista Atelier and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or create risk for us or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
